A 21-year-old patient with a history of nasal congestion, hay fever, and deviated nasal septum underwent septoplasty and inferior turbinate reduction. The primary objective of the surgery was to improve breathing. The patient's breathing improved significantly post-surgery. The post-operative photograph was taken approximately 12 months after the procedure.
