Photos of a 41-year-old patient before and 12 months after undergoing septoplasty and inferior turbinate reduction. This patient had previously undergone three rhinoplasty surgeries at other institutions and sought revision rhinoplasty. We carefully planned and performed the septoplasty and inferior turbinate reduction. Post-operative results showed that the upper third of the nostrils was repaired, the nostril position was lowered, and the bridge of the nose was slightly longer. Surgical results vary from person to person.
